This is a question I get a lot, and its not that I don't mind helping, but there is a reason I chose this as my profession. Its a lot of hard work, and knowing codes and styles isn't all there is to it. Its a lot of knowledge and work that even the greatest designers, and developers are still learning new information each day- it isn't really something that can be taught over night.
